These recordings really gave us an idea of what happened inside the bus during the hostage taking in Manila on August 23, 2010. Personally, I am glad that RMN was able to interview the hostage taker thus showing us the failure of the Philippine government, Police force who were tackling the situations. This gave us insight inside the head of Capt. Mendoza, what he wanted and how the dumb authorities handled the last crucial moments of the hostage scenario.
With all the shenanigans surfaced in the past days regarding the handling of the hostage crisis, with all the lies of some people involved and the cover up, the voices on the recordings makes me even more angry. President Aquino FAILED on this one, he showed no leadership and shaky foundation as a chief of staff of the Philippines.
